Miami, FL – Renowned angler and television host Captain Rick Murphy has officially partnered with Chittum Skiffs, the industry leader in high-performance technical poling skiffs, bringing two Islamorada models to the Murphy’s Law Sportfishing fleet. Capt. Rick will be fishing out of a 21’ powered by a Yamaha SHO 250 while Capt. Ridge will sport the 18’ powered by a Yamaha SHO 150.

Captain Ridge Murphy follows in his dad’s footsteps building his own reputation of being a strong competitor in the Florida Keys Tarpon Fly Fishing tournament circuit. He has fished and guided in dozens of inshore tournaments such as the Herman Lucerne, Tarpon Cup, Gold Fly and Gold Cup to name a few. In 2023, he took first place in the Ladies Tarpon Fly Tournament and in 2024, he guided his dad to a first-place win in the Poor Boys Tarpon Tournament in the Florida Keys.
