Del Brown Permit Tournament

The Del Brown Permit Tournament was established in 2001, making it the longest running permit tournament in the world. It’s dedicated to the man who made permit fishing with a fly rod famous, the late Del Brown. Brown caught 513 permit on a fly rod in his lifetime — A feat any angler would envy & few are dedicated enough to go after. Past Grand Champions include Chittum guides Brandon Cyr, Aaron Snell, Justin Rea with Nick Labadie notching the largest fish of the tournament in ‘22 & ‘24.
